Seeking an architect with a lot of creativity, technical and strategic thinking. The architect should have a background in designing buildings and spaces with strong visuals, functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Legal Knowledge – understanding building codes and restrictions.
Design & Technical Proficiency – using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
Overseeing timelines, budgets, and coordination with engineers, contractors, and consultants is a key part of the job.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs, budgets, and aesthetic preferences, translating ideas into tangible designs.
Preferably with a degree in architecture or professional registration or licensure
Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure the build aligns with the design vision.
Communication & Collaboration – working with diverse stakeholders from clients to city officials.
Typically, 2+ years of supervised work experience is needed before full qualification
Designing Structures using blueprints and digital models for residential, commercial, and public buildings. Including floor plans, elevations, and structural layouts.
Creative Vision – to innovate and push design boundaries.
Numerical & Geometric Skills – for structural calculations and spatial reasoning.
Ensure that designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
