Looking for a highly experience Java software engineer specializing in Java, possessing expertise in Java programming, design patterns, and software development methodologies. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Should be capable of mentoring junior engineer and contributing to team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Optimization: They are responsible for optimizing the performance of Java-based applications, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Knowledge Java frameworks and technologies including Spring, Hibernate, and other relevant Java frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• You will mentor junior engineer, guiding them in best practices and helping them solve problems. Contribute to team leadership, collaborating with other engineers.
• Have good problem solving, analytical and problem-solving skills, to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX designers, to ensure that the final product meets the requirements of the business and the end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java development, and continuous improve your skills and knowledge.
• Ability to communicate and collaborateeffectively
