Hiring experience secondary school teacher with experience teaching students aged 11 to 16. The teacher should be able to specialize in a particular subject and be able to help students develop knowledge, skils and confidence for their future. The teacher will plan, teach and asses lessons within the school curriculum while understanding the students' well-being and progress.

Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Contributing to the development and implementation of the school curriculum.

Supporting Students – Acting as a mentor, guiding students academically and personally.
Assessing Student Progress – Marking work, providing feedback, and tracking development.
Student Support: Supporting students' academic and personal development, including providing guidance and mentoring.
Classroom Management – Maintaining discipline and fostering a positive learning environment.
Continuous Professional Development: Staying up-to-date with subject matter, teaching methods, and educational developments.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
