- Strong knowledge of education systems and policies.
- Advise on Curriculum Design – Ensure educational materials align with national or institutional standards.
- Ability to analyze and improve learning methods.
- Provide personalized support to candidates, ensuring their career aspirations are met
- Experience in curriculum development and teacher training.
- Assess Educational Needs – Identify areas for improvement in schools, universities, or training programs.
- Integrate Technology in Education – Recommend digital tools to improve learning experiences.
- Support Students & Parents – Guide students in academic choices and career planning.
- Proactively engage in sales activities, including outbound calls and client meetings
- Negotiate pay rates and maintain positive candidate relationships
- Meeting with school leaders to provide a consultative approach to supporting them with recruitment
