The tutor must be able to provide personalized learning experiences whether in person or online. Responsibilities

Managing time effectively: They schedule and plan tutoring sessions and ensure they arrive on time.
Homework & Exam Prep – Assisting with assignments and preparing students for tests.
Patience and motivation to support student growth
Developing individualized learning plans: Tutors create lesson plans that cater to each student's learning style and pace.
Assessing Progress – Evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback.
Tailored Teaching – Adapting lessons to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
Preparing students for exams: They help students prepare for tests and exams by reviewing material, conducting practice tests, and providing study strategies.
Strong expertise in the subject(s) being taught.
Providing feedback and encouragement: They offer constructive feedback on student progress and motivate students to achieve their goals.
Assisting with assignments: Tutors provide support with homework, projects, and other schoolwork.
Motivating & Coaching – Encouraging students to develop confidence and independent learning skills.
Keeping up-to-date with curriculum: Tutors stay informed about the latest curriculum and teaching standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Adapting teaching methods: Tutors adjust their teaching approach based on the student's individual needs and learning style.
Maintaining communication with parents: They communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Flexible Scheduling – Offering sessions at convenient times, either in-person or online.
