AI Engineer

Seeking an AI engineer design, develop, and deploy AI systems for your business objective. The ideal candidate should be able to create efficient, reliable and scalable solutions, and mantain models, and troubleshoot issues. Should have exposure to platform development, data infrastructure, user, experience, AI/ML Core, software engineering & architecture, cloud & devops. Experience in speech recognition, image processing or predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and function-calling architectures
Deploy and mantain AI systems in production, continue to monitor performance
Understanding of model customization for domain-specific tasks
Build and implement AI applications to improve efficiency, cut costs, make better decisions
Experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, Claude) and NLP framework
Process and analyse data to extract insights using data engineering and data science.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers to make sure that AI models align with business objectives and company strategy.
Experience with Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and transformer libraries
Knowledge of optimization techniques for reducing LLM latency and computational costs
Develop and train AI models using machine learning algorithms, deep learning neural networks
Proficiency in software engineering & architecture including Python, web frameworks, database design and optimization, API development and integration, version control, CI/CD pipelines, software design patterns for scalable, and automated testing.
