- Valuation and financial modeling:
Analyze companies and create financial models to assess their value and potential investment opportunities.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) – Advising businesses on buying, selling, or merging with other companies.
- Deal structuring and negotiation:
Help structure and negotiate deals, often working with lawyers and other professionals.
- Financial Advisory – Providing strategic guidance on investments, restructuring, and risk management.
- Regulatory Knowledge – Understanding compliance requirements for financial transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
They need to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other professionals.
- Financial modeling and valuation skills:
They need to be proficient in creating and using financial models to assess investments.
- Market research and analysis:
Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and identify investment opportunities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or economics is preferred or a recognised certificate from a business insitituion

- Software Proficiency – Using Bloomberg Terminal, SQL, and financial databases.
