A Customer Service Advisor is required to act as a representantive of company. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing transactions, providing product assistance and gathering customer feedback. The candidate should have experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and relationships
The ideal candidate should have a background in retail, financem healthcare and technology.
Responsibilities
- Handling cash and cheques; orders, refunds and payments
- You’ll be friendly and have excellent communication skills. Our customers are used to our warm and welcoming service, so it’s important to be able to build rapport and relationships.
- A related apprentiship or certificate
- Basic or level 2 maths and english preferred
- Vocational training or experience
- To deliver excellent customer service every time
- Exceptional customer service experience with a genuine interest in customers & their needs.
- To be the frontline representative of the company, responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, social media, etc
- Addressing complaints and concerns with effective problem-solving
- Identifying and providing solutions to customers’ needs
- Be collaborative to work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer experience
- Driving enthusiasm within a team.
- You’ll be contributing towards a controlled and secure branch with responsibility for ensuring errors are kept to a minimum, especially when dealing with customers so it’s important to be attentive to detail.
