Secondary School Teacher

Hiring experience secondary school teacher with experience teaching students aged 11 to 16. The teacher should be able to specialize in a particular subject and be able to help students develop knowledge, skils and confidence for their future. The teacher will plan, teach and asses lessons within the school curriculum while understanding the students' well-being and progress.

Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Contributing to the development and implementation of the school curriculum.
Organizing Extra-Curricular Activities – Leading clubs, trips, and school events.

Assessing Student Progress – Marking work, providing feedback, and tracking development.

Collaboration: Working with other teachers, school staff, parents, and carers.

Supporting Students – Acting as a mentor, guiding students academically and personally.
Lesson Planning and Delivery: Preparing and delivering lessons based on the curriculum objectives for their subject.
Planning & Delivering Lessons – Teaching subjects in line with curriculum objectives.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of subject matter and teaching methodologies.
