Seeking a registered nurse in the healthcare to provide support in medical diagnosis & treatment. The ideal candidate should have be have graduated or successfully passed a nursing program from a recognized nursing school. Ideally with a background in pediatric nursing, metal heath nursing or having experience in medical settings such as hospitals, clinics and community care. Your role will involve providing vital healthcare such as administering treatments and supporting patient recovery.

Responsibilities

::Strong critical thinking, active listening and logical thinking skills
Manage patients through assessments and planning to evaluate their needs, outline care plans, and while asessing their needs and progress.
Education: Educating patients and families about their health conditions, medications, and treatments.
Advocacy: Advocating for patients' rights and needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
::Good typing skills and proficiency in IT tools for documentation and communication
Working environment: Registered nurses can work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, home healthcare, and schools.
::Experience of treating a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
Carryout direct patient care by assisting with daily living activities such as; administering medications and treatments and provide health support.
Quality and safety: Monitoring patient safety and well-being, and implementing measures to prevent harm.
Communication and collaboration: Communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Becoming a Registered Nurse: To become a registered nurse, individuals need to complete a nursing education program and pass a certification exam. Nursing programs can be found at universities, community colleges, and technical schools.
