This is an oppoturnity for a social media manager to join our business to build our brand's online identity and engage with our audiences. The social media manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance products and brand's presence across various social media platforms. Should therefore have prior experience engaging audiences, increasing brand awareness, and driving business growth.

Your primary role will involve overseeing and managing our online presence and activities across various social media platforms. You will develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, analyze data, and engage with the audience and help build a strong online brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Monitoring & Analyzing Performance – Tracking metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Collaboration – Working with marketing teams, designers, and influencers to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Trend Analysis – Staying updated on social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Developing Social Media Strategies – Creating plans to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies: This includes defining goals, target audiences, and the overall approach to social media engagement.
  • Marketing skills: A strong understanding of marketing principles and how to use social media to achieve marketing goals.
  • Manage social media platforms: This includes posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Analytical skills for tracking performance metrics
  • Content creation skills: The ability to create visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends: This involves keeping abreast of the latest developments in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Analyze data and performance: This involves tracking key metrics like engagement, reach, and website traffic to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
