Responsibilities

Creativity: Designers need to be creative to come up with innovative and effective solutions.
Communication: Designers need to be able to clearly communicate their ideas and explain their design decisions to others.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional but beneficial)
Strong understanding of user psychology and behavior
Usability Testing: They test the designs with real users to gather feedback and make improvements.
Effective communication and teamwork skills
User Research & Analysis – Understand user needs and preferences by using surveys, interviews and usability testing
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Wireframing & Prototyping – Creating blueprints and interactive models to visualize design concepts.
Problem-solving: They need to be able to identify and solve user problems.
Usability Testing & Feedback – Conducting tests to refine designs based on user interactions.
Visual Design: They design the visual elements of the interface, including color palettes, typography, and imagery, to ensure it's visually appealing and user-friendly.
Ability to solve problems creatively
Collaboration: They work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible and align with business goals.
Interaction Design: They design how users interact with the product, ensuring that interactions are intuitive and easy to understand.
Collaboration with Developers – Working closely with engineers to implement designs effectively.
Visual Design & Branding – Ensuring aesthetics align with brand identity while maintaining usability.
